Our products are digital downloads. Because the files can be saved the moment they're delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.
The short version: no refunds on digital downloads — but if something is wrong with your file, email support@tradedocsco.com and we'll make it right.
If something's wrong, we'll fix it
We stand behind what we sell. If any of the following happen, contact us and we'll send a corrected or replacement file at no charge:
- The file is corrupted, won't open, or is missing pages or content.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is materially not as described on the listing.
The goal is to make sure you end up with a working product you can use — even though we don't issue cash refunds.
Why all sales are final
Unlike a physical item, a digital download can't be returned — once you've received the files, you keep them. For that reason we can't offer refunds for:
- "Changed my mind" or accidental purchases.
- Buying the wrong trade, or expecting a feature that isn't listed — please read the listing carefully before you buy.
- Not having software to open the file (the price books work in Excel or free Google Sheets).
