What we sell
TradeDocsCo sells digital products — flat-rate price books (spreadsheets), document template packs, and bundles — delivered as instant downloads through our Etsy shop. The free calculators on this site are provided as-is for general use.
Your license
When you buy a product, you get a non-exclusive license to use it within your own business. You may:
- Use and customize the files for your own trade business, on as many of your own devices as you need.
- Send completed documents (invoices, estimates, etc.) to your own customers.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the templates or price books, in original or modified form.
- Include them in any product, course, or template collection offered to others.
Pricing data is guidance, not a guarantee
Our price books are built from researched regional benchmarks and are meant as a starting point you calibrate to your own costs, market, and margins. We don't guarantee any specific revenue, profit, or competitiveness. You're responsible for the prices you charge.
Not professional advice
Our templates and compliance documents are general business tools, not legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. Products and tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TradeDocsCo isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Purchases & refunds
All purchases are made through Etsy and are also governed by Etsy's Terms of Use. Our products are digital downloads and all sales are final — see our Refund Policy for how we handle problems with a file.
