Pricing And Tax Review

Your prices are editable starting points calculated from the information you provide. Review every price before using the price book with customers.

The Apply Tax value inside FieldPulse is separate from sales tax charged at checkout. TradeDocsCo enters your written choice and does not determine taxability. Confirm that choice with your bookkeeper or tax professional.

Clear Scope

The FieldPulse import workbook contains one standard price per service. After-hours and emergency pricing can remain in the editable HVAC workbook but are not created as separate CRM entries.

This package does not include account login or configuration, performing the import, QuickBooks setup or synchronization, supplier-level inventory, images, memberships, proposal options, automation, custom services, API work, ongoing synchronization, or future FieldPulse format updates.

Revisions And Import Support

One consolidated revision means one batch of requested changes submitted within 30 days of final delivery. If FieldPulse rejects the delivered import workbook, send the exact error message without changing the file. One import-format correction is included.

Frequently Asked

Is this an instant download? The kickoff kit is available after checkout. Your configured price book and import workbook are made to order and delivered manually.

Do I need to send a FieldPulse template? No. This edition uses TradeDocsCo's established FieldPulse mapping.

Will you log into FieldPulse or perform the import? No. You complete the import or coordinate it with FieldPulse Support.

Can you add custom services? This package covers the standard 219-service catalog. New services, extensive rewriting, supplier-specific items, or another CRM require a separate quote.

Is there a TradeDocsCo subscription? No. FieldPulse access and subscription fees are separate.

License, Privacy, And Affiliation

The completed files are licensed for internal use by one business. You may edit them for your own operation, but may not resell or redistribute them. Project files are deleted within 90 days of final delivery unless you request earlier deletion.
